Big Day of Giving is coming! Mark your calendar – Thursday May 6, 2021 for this 24 hour giving challenge that helps affirm what we all know makes this the place we call home the best a community can be. Join us by logging onto www.bigdayofgiving.org between 12am – 11:59pm on Thursday, May 6th and give where your heart is!
The Firefighters Burn Institute is excited to participate in this national giving day and we can’t do it without you! With your help, we continue to offer programs including Firefighters Kids Camp for young burn survivors, Little Heroes Preschool Burn Camp, Youth Firesetter Intervention and burn recovery support. Your dollars also help educate burn care professionals and firefighters, purchase burn unit equipment and fund burn research.
As a Firefighters Burn Institute donor you are helping improve burn programs, prevent burn injuries, and make the recovery process a little easier for burn survivors. Your donation goes a long way in making a BIG difference in the lives of others.
Thank you in advance for your support. We could not do what we do without generous supporters like you!

Together we can Accomplish Great Things
No act of kindness, no matter how small, is a waste of time. These gestures are full of affection, appreciation, and true wisdom. They benefit the brain and connect us with others in the most complete and noble way possible.
It’s interesting that Charles Darwin has already told us about the importance of kindness in human beings. According to him, this is our strongest and most valuable instinct, the one that makes survival possible not only for humanity as a species, but also for all living beings.
Join us in touching the lives of those affected by the devastation of a burn injury. Become a part of our wonderful team of passionate, gifted volunteers who inspire others.
“At the end of the day it’s not about what you have or even what you’ve accomplished… it’s about who you’ve lifted up, who you’ve made better. It’s about what you’ve given back.”
“I wish to do Great and Wonderful, but I must start by doing the little things like they were Great and Wonderful.”
“Volunteers are the only human beings on the face of the earth who reflect this nation’s compassion, unselfish caring, patience, and just plain loving one another.”
We say thanks a lot for everything our supporters do. Let us show you just how much your generous gifts impact the burn community.
Your donations can be used to do so much… let’s count some ways you make a difference:
